OUR COMPANY

Cross Fire Management is a fixed fire protection company and a specialist in fire protection and fire detection. We have various fire sprinklers and fire sprinkler systemstailored to your specific fire stopping needs.

Since the establishment of Cross Fire Management Pty Ltd in September 1990, our continuing success in providing Fire Protection and Fire Prevention services is attributed to our efficient service, competitive rates and meticulous and professional workmanship. Our continued growth has resulted in our recent expansion into Africa and the opening of our Cape Town office. Cross Fire Management's open minded policy ensures that we keep abreast of ever-changing and evolving technology in this field. We are one of a handful of fire extinguisher suppliers who offer fire extinguisher services and portable fire extinguishers.

Skills development:
Training and development is a fundamental value of Cross Fire Management and we have several programmes that include both internal and external training. Internal training takes place in the form of weekly workshops, designed to familiarise new staff with acceptable codes of practice. In addition these workshops also provide refreshers for existing staff. External training takes place in the form of formal ASIB training, IFE courses and the funding of tertiary education at various higher education institutions.

Fitter training
In endeavouring to meet the ever increasing South African demand for a skilled workforce in the engineering and construction sectors. We have undertaken to develop a training programme aimed at up skilling previously disadvantaged individuals. This training will be in the form of workshops that focus specifically on skills required for the installation of fixed fire protection. Topics that will be covered include industry codes of practice, welding, pipe threading, hanging material, quality procedures, safety, basic business management and life skills.

Enterprise Development
We have embarked on a programme to develop small black owned business enterprises. Through our efforts two enterprises have been established that carry out work on a sub-contract basis. Due to the success of the programme these two enterprises are preferred suppliers in key areas such as manufacturing and installation. Our assistance extends beyond financial assistance and includes managerial training, mentoring procurement and skills development.

Corporate Social Investment
Cross Fire Management
is actively involved with Corporate Social responsibility through the funding of class room facilities for rural pre-primary and child minding education centres. (Bright Kid Foundation)
